The role

This leading West End practice is seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Partner.

The firm currently has a successful litigation practice, which is currently thriving. Litigation is a core practice area of the firm, litigation is split into three core areas; business crime, property litigation, and commercial litigation.

You will work alongside a highly regarded team of three commercial litigation partners. You will work with the partners to drive the department forwards, leading and mentoring more junior members of the team.

You will deal with a broad palette of work, which will make for an interesting caseload, this will include but not be limited to; Contract disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, director and shareholder actions, Company disputes, insolvency, cross-border litigation, unlawful interference with business, business partnership disputes, health & safety prosecutions and corporate fraud.

Requirement

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least seven years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• You should have strong technical experience
• Good business development experience is of advantage
• First-class communication skills are essential
