Growing Department: You'll collaborate closely with a couple of highly regarded Commercial Litigation Partners and lead a team of junior lawyers. The firm's success in other practice areas has created a high-demand workload in the overall litigation department.

Varied Caseload: The firm has a small but high-quality litigation department. Due to the size of the department you will deal with a broad palette of work, which will make for an interesting caseload, this will include but not be limited to; Contract disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, director and shareholder actions, Company disputes, insolvency, cross-border litigation, unlawful interference with business, business partnership disputes, health & safety prosecutions and corporate fraud.

Requirements:

• You should be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair for networking and business development
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers (preferred, but not essential)
