The role

The firm are seeking to hire an ambitious Corporate Solicitor (NQ-5yrs PQE) to join their growing regional team in West Sussex.

• Joining a busy corporate department, you will be working closely with 3 well known Partners in handling a range of both commercial and corporate matters including purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, acquisitions, commercial contracts including joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and terms of business.
• You'll be working with clients including owner managed businesses in the SME sector up to £10m turnover as well as some larger organisations. The firm have an ever increasing loyal client base so you'll have a wide exposure across both the technology and blockchain sectors for example.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial/Corporate Solicitor NQ-5yrs PQE
• Previous M&A experience is highly desirable although not essential
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
