The Role

Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join this highly reputable firm in Winchester, Hampshire.

As part of a renowned Company & Commercial department, you will collaborate with knowledgeable solicitors who possess both commercial acumen and an approachable demeanour.

Your responsibilities will encompass various areas, such as Limited liability partnerships and partnership formations, commercial contracts (e.g., supply of goods/services agreements and IT agreements), corporate governance & regulation (e.g., advice regarding the Companies Act), corporate transactions (e.g., share/business sales/purchases and investments) and much more.

You will work with a dynamic and diverse client base including individuals and SMEs through to major financial institutions and household names.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor 2+ years PQE
• Previous experience managing a commercial caseload
• You should be driven and enthusiastic about advancing in the commercial market
• Excellent Business development skill
