The Role

Working with this Legal 500 Tier ranked Commercial team, you will gain exposure to exciting and innovative work with a diverse range of clients, from FTSE100 entities to cutting-edge start-ups.

As a key member of the team, you will gain exposure to the full range of commercial work including preparing and negotiating contracts, and managing transactions in areas like IT/IP and data protection.

With renowned colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and client relation skills while helping to cement the company's reputation as a leader in the Commercial market. As well as excellent career progression opportunities within the team, there is also ample scope for secondments.

The Ideal Candidate

• Is an ambitious individual with a 2-5 years PQE in Commercial
• Ability to independently manage a complex and varied workload
• Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
• Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
