The Role:
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Costs Associate with 5-10 years PQE to join this Top 60 International Law Firm.

The team that you would be working in, have acted in over 2,000 disputes for almost 4,500 different clients and have recovered in excess of £2 billion in damages using alternative funding arrangements of one or more forms.

In this role you will be collaborating with colleagues in the preparation of client retainers, alternative fee agreements, as well as liaising with third party funders and ATE and BTE providers. The work would be primarily focussed on commercial, tax, international arbitration and solicitor and client disputes. This will involve ad-hoc advices, funding, pricing and modelling, and detailed assessment proceedings.

You'll work closely with the Head of Costs, who has significant experience in complex and high-value cost claims, and is an experienced advocate having represented clients in hearings at county court level right up to and including the Supreme Court.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 5-10 years PQE as a Costs Lawyer.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
