The Role:

The role will have an emphasis on transactional, restructuring and advisory work, but with an emphasis on debt restructuring and distressed debt aspects.

Within this role you will be involved in complex, high value restructurings at an early stage in the financial decline curve, with the aim of providing innovative solutions which improve returns to stakeholders and, in many cases, avoid an insolvency process altogether.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A solicitor with 3-7 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
