The Role:

Within this role you will;

• Clear, concise and unambiguous drafting and negotiation of fund documentation.
• Conducting legal research using internal and external knowledge management resources.
• Developing own informal internal and external network of contacts.
• Building excellent working relationships with clients and peers.
• Attending business development and profile-raising events.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 2-6 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
