The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Patents Associate to join this top 30 law firm in London.

You will advise on both contentious and non-contentious patent matters arising for the most part in the technology and life sciences sectors, although there will also be an opportunity to also advise on non-patent matters across the wider IP practice.

Within this role you will be advising clients who operate in technically complex industries and will be able to apply their patent knowledge to advise clients in an efficient, effective, and commercial way.

The cases managed by the team frequently involve an international component, and the team possesses a substantial knowledge base regarding practices and the diverse methods employed for dispute resolution in various jurisdictions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 4+ years of PQE.
