The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Patent Litigation Associate to join this top 20 City of London law firm.

The work consists of High Court patent litigation and advising clients pre-action, plus potentially assisting with coordinated multi-jurisdictional disputes. The Patents & Innovation Group has acted on a number of landmark patents cases and there will be an opportunity to be closely involved in such work.

The work will typically be in the electronics/telecoms, life sciences and mechanical/engineering sectors.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 4-6 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
