The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Corporate Energy Associate to join this top 10 US firm in London.

The role includes the full scope of responsibility expected of an M&A associate in a leading cross-border transactional practice.

Their client base includes some of the pre-eminent global energy and resources groups, financial sponsors, infrastructure investment funds and portfolio companies.

You will be managing deals involves drafting, negotiating, and overseeing due diligence for successful closings within budget. Specializing in advising on diverse corporate issues, especially in cross-border M&A and joint ventures in energy and natural resources. Leading multi-party negotiations and efficiently managing complex transactions across jurisdictions. Actively engaging in business development and promoting the Firm through peer-to-peer relationships. The group fosters an entrepreneurial, fast-growing environment, encouraging associates to build client relationships based on readiness rather than PQE.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified solicitor with 3-6 years of PQE.
  • You will have good organisational skills.
  • You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
