The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction Associate/Senior Associate to join this top 70 London law firm.

The duties include acting with a broad range of clients from developers to funders. As well as Drafting and negotiating construction documentation, which encompasses tasks such as finalizing consultants' appointments, formulating building contracts using standard templates, drafting letters of intent, creating collateral warranties, issuing third-party rights notices, establishing parent company guarantees, and securing performance bonds.Top of Form

Within this role you will have a very high degree of autonomy and client involvement; you will be encouraged and supported in helping drive the business forward.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 1-8 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
