The Role:

Within this role you will be dealing with trade mark searching, filing and prosecution, portfolio management, due diligence and disputes. As well as working on matters relating to litigation, regarding; domain name disputes and commercial contracts.

The team work with a varied group of clients from global brand owners to start ups, however, much work is focused on the following sectors: advertising/marketing, retail, fashion, entertainment, technology, travel, automotive and sports.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A chartered Trademark attorney with 4-6 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
