This highly successful regional firm are one of the largest and most established in the region. Currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Family Solicitor to lead a small team of fee-earners in Ely, Cambridgeshire.

This firm dedicates one legal secretary/paralegal to each fee-earner, creating a cohesive working environment and allowing their fee-earners to focus on billing.

The Role:

The role will see you managing a varied caseload of private family matters, including but not limited to; divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, financial settlements and children.

The firm are renowned for their efficient and effective collaborative working environment across their departments and offices and offers all fee-earners access to administrative support from day one.

Requirements:

• You will be a Family Solicitor with 5+ PQE
• You will have prior experience in delegating work and supervising junior fee-earners and support staff
• You will be able to demonstrate proven business development ability
• You will be an ambitious and driven person with long-term aspirations to grow the department
