The Role

The role will see you joining a strong and established team in the firm's Cambridge office where you will leverage existing relationships with clients to build the department.

You will work with business owners, HNW individuals, company directors, chief executives, overseas individuals and individuals in the public eye. Your caseload will include but not be limited to; compliance, corporate governance, director arrangements and responsibilities, earn-outs, entry and exit strategies, equity capital markets, escrow arrangements, general counsel services, incorporations, investments and security offerings, joint venture arrangements, M&A transactions, partnership formations, restructuring and shareholder arrangements.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • As a senior member of the team, you will oversee, mentor and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and have an overall positive influence over the success of the department. Therefore, prior leadership experience is highly desirable.
