The Role

The role will see you joining an already strong and established team of lawyers and their existing high-quality client base.

As a senior team member, you will oversee, mentor and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and positively influence the department's success. Therefore, prior leadership experience is highly desirable.

You will deal with a broad range of work which will include, but not be limited to; Sales and purchases, commercial leases, landlord and tenant, development, and investment work.

You will have autonomy from day one, with the support of the wider partnership team on hand as you contribute to the department's development and drive the business forward.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who may have hit a glass ceiling in their current role, with partnership on the table for the right candidate.

Requirements & Remuneration

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE; applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
• Experience in managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is an advantage but is not essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
