Senior Associate - Private Wealth Disputes

This Top 30 International Law Firm is looking for a Private Wealth Disputes Associate/Senior Associate, 5+ years PQE, to work within their market-leading City of London practice.

You will work within a Legal 500 ranked department, within a team recognised for its strategic importance and will be given a great deal of responsibility within a growing practice. The Role

• The team predominantly advises ultra-high net worth entrepreneurs and business owners and their families as well as trustees from around the globe on some of the most complex and high value private wealth disputes, focusing principally on disputes with an international element.
• The team has a particularly strong presence in the Asian market and advises on some of the most significant trust disputes in the region.
• The team also advises numerous high-profile domestic dynastic families for which they are trusted advisers and has a strong expertise handling disputes involving cross border taxation issues.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Wealth Disputes Solicitor, 5+ years PQE, with experience dealing international matters.
• Good organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
