The Role:
This is a great opportunity for an Investment Funds Associate with 4-6 years PQE to join this Top 10 International Law Firm.

Within this role the work includes both onshore and offshore funds, and open and closed ended funds. We regularly work on the establishment of funds in the UK, Luxembourg, the Cayman Islands and the Channel Islands, as well as other key jurisdictions such as the US, Ireland and (for African funds) Mauritius. They operate across asset classes, with a particular emphasis on real estate funds, infrastructure funds, renewable energy funds and private equity funds.

The group advise on all aspects of investment funds and pooled investment, from the initial structuring of a vehicle, to the legal, regulatory and tax aspects of establishing a fund and then on an ongoing basis advising in relation to its operation and promotion.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 4-6 years PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
