The Role:

Within this role you will be working on;

• Share acquisitions and disposals
• Business acquisitions and disposals
• Joint ventures/ Shareholder arrangements (including contractual profit share and AMAs and DMAs)
• Investments
• Reconstructions and re-organisations
• LLP and partnership agreements

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor (UK qualification) with 5+ years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
