The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for an Asset Based Lending Managing Associate to join this top 25 City of London law firm.

You will work across a full range of ABL transactions, both syndicated and bilateral, and ranging from simple invoice discounting arrangements to structuring full ABL borrowing base transactions, both UK domestic and cross-border.

You will act for both borrowers and lenders on asset-based lending (ABL), trade finance, and supply chain finance transactions as well as other alternative lending arrangements.

Their team is one of the largest dedicated ABL teams in the UK, working with some of the UK's largest clearing banks, the worlds largest financial institutions, challenger banks, funds and independent ABL's.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 5+ years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
