The Role:

Diverse Caseload: The role offers a diverse caseload, including Covenant breaches, debt restructuring, capital restructuring, supply chain issues, asset tracing, liquidations, cross-border recovery, and more.

Clientele: You will work with a range of clients, including banks, private equity companies, investment funds, creditors, retailers, healthcare suppliers, charities, and commercial organizations.

Transactional and Contentious Work: The team advises on both transactional and contentious matters for insolvency practitioners, lenders, borrowers, directors, distressed investors, and other relevant entities.

Multi-Jurisdictional Elements: Many cases will have a multi-jurisdictional element, providing exposure to a broad and international scope of work.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Restructuring & Insolvency.
Client Relationship Skills: Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.

Collaborative Approach: Ability to work well with other departments to increase cross-referral instructions.
