This full-service law firm has an enviable culture and is known for its friendly approach have offices across Sussex and now looking for a Residential Property Lawyer with 1+ year PQE to join them in Worthing, West Sussex.

The Role

• This role will see you working alongside market-leading individuals in the Residential Property space.
• The department is home to a number of fee-earning lawyers from Top 200 and Legal 500 backgrounds due to the quality of work they can offer and the work-life balance that they promote
• You will have a range of work which includes HNW sales / purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, re-mortgaging and much more. You will be expected to run your own caseload and you will be provided with administrative support in doing this

The ideal candidate

• You will be a Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEx, Licensed Conveyancer or Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with 1+ year experience.
• You will have excellent team and communication skills
• You will be client-centric and driven
