The role

This leading West End practice is seeking to hire a Residential Property Partner.

Real Estate is a core practice area for the firm. You will find a vibrant property department that deals with an exceptional quality of work. The department is currently very busy driving departmental growth and they are also in the process of succession planning, as such they are seeking to hire a new partner to join the residential conveyancing department.

You will join a friendly, professional, and dynamic team. You will work with the other partners within Real Estate to lead the department forwards, whilst mentoring and developing more junior members of the team.

You will find the department has an excellent network of referrers from high-end estate agents, as well as a steady flow of repeat business from a client base built up over decades.

The caseload will be varied and will make for an interesting role.

Requirement

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least seven years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, in line with the firm's growth plans
• You should have strong technical experience
• Good business development experience is of advantage
• First-class communication skills are essential
