The Role

• The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect.
• The firm are looking for an individual with the drive and hunger to help build up the firm's caseload on a long-term basis. You will be working directly alongside knowledgeable and experience partners.
• You will be undertaking caseloads varying in size and value. As a result of the firms' expansions, such caseloads will certainly be dynamic and often of a high-net worth nature. This includes, leaseholds and freeholds, managing instructions and preparing contractual agreements and much more.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer, any level of experience encouraged to apply, either Paralegal/Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• You will be personable and thrive in client contact.
• You will be able to run your own files with minimal supervision
