The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor, 3+ years PQE, into their Southampton office.

You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse caseload involving both Commercial and Residential Property disputes. You will have the opportunity to handle a range of matters, from routine to intricate cases, while also providing assistance to Partners and Senior Associates on complex and high-value issues.
This role offers an exceptional chance for professional advancement and skill enhancement.

Requirements

• You will have experience in handling your own Real Estate Disputes caseloads
• You will be between 3+ years PQE, with exposure in these matters.
• You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
