The role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Property Litigation Partner to join its flagship office based in the heart of London's West End.

• The firm is seeking to hire a new partner for their flourishing litigation department. This is due to growth and an influx of work causing the department to be very busy. You will work alongside three other partners who deal with a broad palette of work.
• You will work with the other partners within the litigation and real estate departments to grow and drive the department forward, whilst overseeing and mentoring more junior members of the team.
• You will also be involved with business development activities ensuring that the department continues to go from strength to strength.
• The caseload will be broad across and will include both residential and commercial properties, the variety will make for an interesting role. The caseload will include; Dilapidations, Construction, Landlord and tenant, property fraud, and boundary disputes.

About you

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 8 years of PQE+
