The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Funds Finance lawyer to join this top 20 City of London law firm.

Within this role you will work on capital call, hybrid, general partner, management fee, co-invest and NAV/asset backed facilities, acting for both lenders and sponsors / borrowers.

You will also have experience with fund structures and partnership documents, and the ability to work on transactions as part of a team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 6+ years PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
