The Role:

This is a great opportunity for an Project Finance Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE to join this Top 10 International Law Firm.

You will have a broad diet of work, that will include, but not be limited to, advising private and public sector clients, funders and consortia on the development aspects of projects, predominantly in the wider energy space and mining on the international market.

As well as this you will also be advising on the structuring, drafting, negotiation and due diligence of project documents for energy projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will be a qualified solicitor (UK) with 5+ years PQE.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
