You will undertake a broad range of commercial and corporate work for businesses including SMEs, private clients, start-ups and UK subsidiaries of multi-nationals.

The team have built a varied and interesting client base which spans across the UK and are looking for someone who can continue to enhance the firm's presence in the corporate commercial sphere.

Requirements:

• You will be NQ-3 years PQE and will have experience running your own corporate transactions
• You will have worked at a reputable regional practice
