The Role

A rare opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Solicitor with 5+ years PQE and a proven track record in this area of law to head up an industry-leading team in Essex.

The team deals with the full range of insolvency work including administration appointments, security reviews, sales of businesses, winding up petitions, bankruptcy petitions, bankruptcy estates, matrimonial home proceedings, transactions at undervalue, preferences and recovering directors' loan accounts and LPA/Fixed Charge Receiverships.

Given their international outreach, they have been winning cross-border mandates and often have leading roles in high-profile insolvencies making for a varied and interesting pipeline of work to tap into.
