The Role

• The non-contentious FSR team's expertise covers the full spectrum of regulation, including authorisations and approvals; regulatory change; the regulatory aspects of commercial projects, transactions or restructurings; governance; risk management and compliance; and market conduct.
• You will be working across the suite of financial services regulation including assisting a number of banks on regulatory requirements such as regulatory capital, MiFID II, ring-fencing, SMCR, outsourcing requirements, and regulatory developments such as the Edinburgh Reforms and the Financial Services and Markets Bill.
• The team advises banks (traditional and challenger), investment firms (including broker-dealers and trading venues), asset managers, market infrastructure providers, insurers, insurance brokers, other financial institutions and BigTech.

Requirements

• You will be Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer with 1-4 years PQE
• Good organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
