The Role:

The role will see you taking on a caseload that will include but not be limited to divorce, separation, adoption, child custody, financial settlements, distribution of assets and assisting the Partners with handling larger more complex matters.

Most of the work comes from returning customers and referrals, however, over recent months, they have received more new enquiries than they can handle, hence this new opening.

Fee-earners work remotely 95% of the time, however, the Managing Partner, support staff and trainees are based in the office, with hot desks available for as and when you'd like to come in. You will also receive invites to regular team social events such as well-being retreats, wine-tasting and seasonal parties.

Requirements & Remuneration:

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
• You will be comfortable and confident with using case management and IT systems
• Salary is highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They are looking for long-term hires and pay well for the right candidate.
