The role

The firm are looking to hire a Family Solicitor 3+ years PQE into their Farnborough office.

The department deals with a high-quality of work, they often punch above their weight and deal with transactions that on the other side of the deal are top city practices. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.

The caseload will include, but not be limited to children matters, income, pre/post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, cohabitation disputes, civil partnerships, and more.

There is a healthy blend of Family work in this role not pigeonholing yourself to one aspect of the practice. This is intentionally designed for someone who enjoys variety.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• You will have experience managing a family law caseload
