The firm are looking for an experienced Family Paralegal to join them in their offices bordering Ipswich, as they lead the charge into another exciting and prosperous year.

The Role:

As a Family Paralegal, you will provide support and assistance to Solicitors and Associates running cases which would include divorce, matrimonial finances, nuptial agreements and private children act matters for medium to high net worth individuals. The position would also involve regular client contact, therefore excellent written and oral communication skills are important.

The role will see you drafting correspondence, applications, statements, letters of instruction, briefs to Counsel and preparing court bundles for approval. Undertaking legal research, instructing counsel and attending court.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and at least 2 years experience in Famil Law, can work well both individually and as part of a team, is commercially aware and wants to establish themselves for a long-term, successful career.

• You will be a Family Paralegal with at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
