The Role:

Position: Employment Partner.
Location: West End, London.
Team: Joining a well-established Employment department with a sterling reputation.
Caseload: Handling a top-quality caseload primarily focused on employers, with some work for HNW employees. The department deals with a wide range of matters, including: business re-organisation and redundancies, employment status advice and disputes, flexible working requests, data subject access requests, enforcement of restrictive covenants and NDAs, workplace investigations and employment tribunal and hight court claims, among other areas.

Requirements:

Experience: have previously worked as an Employment Partner / Head of Department
Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Business Development: Experience in handling marketing and business development.
