Corporate Senior / Principal Associate

You will join a highly respected, Legal 500 ranked Corporate team as a Senior Associate/Legal Director in the firm's Oxford office.

The Role:

You will join a highly respected, Legal 500 ranked Corporate team as a Senior Associate/Legal Director in the firm's Oxford office.

The team are involved in a broad mix of work, including private equity, M&A, ECM, JVs, and VC deals. Clients range from high-growth start-ups to multinational PLCs across sectors such as energy, tech, and finance.

This role will focus on ECM work, such as IPOs, day to day advice, and secondary fundraisings.

You will take the lead on matters and have responsibility for key client relationships from day one, while being supported by renowned partners to develop your commercial awareness and leadership skills. You can expect a transparent progression path through to partnership that the leadership team will actively encourage you to follow.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer with 5+ years PQE
• Prior exposure to ECM work is essential
• Experience gained in a leading regional or city firm
• Willing to develop your skills and have the desire to progress your career in the long term
