The role

The firm is ideally seeking a Corporate and Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Northwood Hills, North London office.

You will work closely with the Managing Partner dealing with a mixed caseload of corporate matters, but often with a commercial property aspect. As mentioned above the firm is dealing with a large stream of work relating to the acquisition and disposal of pharmacies. You will assist with this but also deal with a larger array of both corporate and commercial property matters.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work. Work will include; sales and purchases of companies, shareholder agreements, investment and development work, acquisition and disposals of commercial premises.

• You will be at least 5 years PQE in both corporate and commercial property (the firm are open open-minded if you are stronger in one aspect or another, applications are also invited from very experienced candidates)
