Due to increased workflow, this Leading Legal 500 firm seeks a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 4+ PQE to join their flourishing North London office.

Located in the North of London, this practice has been established for over 50 years yet still boasts a modern, entrepreneurial approach to traditional Corporate & Commercial matters.

This firm is established in all departments; however, the Corporate department is unquestionably exciting at this moment. The Corporate department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to establishing businesses, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins and more.

Requirements & Salary:

• You will be a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer 4+ relevant years of PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships and enjoy working in a client-facing position
