This is a progressive opportunity in a highly ranked Legal 500 firm. This role is in a collaborative and friendly team with a high-quality caseload looking at bringing in some more experience to help shape the exciting future of the team.

This is an opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor of 5+ years PQE to make their mark on a tier 1 team in Gerrard's Cross.

The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a new Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their office in Gerrards Cross.

You will join a well-respected department who have an extensive list of clients they work with closely. They have a wealth of experience in the field and are looking for someone to join their team. You will work closely with a partner who will always have an open door to you for any support you may need.

Your caseload will be dependent on your expertise while are expected to have an understanding of the following areas:

• M&A
• Partnership and Shareholder agreements
• Commercial contracts
• Corporate Finance and Partnerships.

Joining at the Senior end you will have autonomy on your caseload as well as a say in the future and direction of the team.
Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 5PQE+
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated attitude with keen interest in business development
• Client-focused mindset
