The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a bustling practice in Chelmsford, enriched with talent and expertise.

The role will offer a broad and interesting caseload, including but not limited to; sales and purchases, landlord and tenant leases, SIPP purchases and leasebacks, and collective enfranchisement.

You will be:

• An ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 + years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE and applications are invited from even the most experienced of candidates)

• Able to work as a team on larger more complex projects
