The role

• The firm is seeking to hire a new Partner for their flourishing commercial property department, based in Edinburgh. This is due to growth and an influx of work causing the department to be very busy. You will work alongside colleagues across Scotland who deal with a broad palette of work
• As the senior lawyer in the team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall development of the Edinburgh practice. This is an exciting opportunity to have agency over the success of your career and build a market-leading practice.
• You will work with the other Partners to grow and drive the department forward, whilst overseeing and mentoring more junior members of the team.
• You will also be involved with business development activities ensuring that the department continues to go from strength to strength.

About you

• You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor operating at Partner level or looking to take the step up
