The Role:

With a client base of FTSE 100 and 250 clients, the team endeavours to act as a trusted business advisor in the delivery of strategic legal advice, project-based pieces as well as day-to-day transactions.

The role will see you working alongside some of the best Lawyers in the region, with support from leading Partners, on a broad diet of commercial contracts work, including joint ventures, shipping, export controls & sanctions, franchising, international trade, outsourcing, public procurement and supply, distribution & agency agreements.

Retail, financial services, technology and IP, remain key sectors for the practice, and so there's some really stimulating work in the pipeline.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Solicitor 1+ years PQE
• You will have experience working across a broad range of commercial contracts and demonstrate outstanding drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
• Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
