The role:

Opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor 1-5 years PQE or CILEX to join a dedicated team of defence lawyers in Bristol.

This firm advises a range of health and social care organisations across a broad range of issues including clinical negligence, medical malpractice and human rights claims, inquests, Court of Protection, regulatory matters and public law.

This includes representation for the NHS Resolution, and the team is highly regarded for its work acting on behalf of NHSR and NHS Trusts and in the defence of clinical negligence cases.

They are looking to welcome an additional Solicitor who will deal with a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters for NHS Resolution and Insurers.

The ideal candidate will have experience with claims against Primary Care practitioners, and/or wider clinical negligence, defendant medical malpractice/insurance, or PI experience.

• Clinical Negligence Solicitor 1-5 years PQE or CILEX
• Dedicated, enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a focus on client care
• An aptitude and willingness to learn new skills and gain an in-depth understanding of relevant healthcare sectors
