The Role
This is a fantastic position for a Private Funds Associate with 3-6 years PQE to join this leading Top 20 International practice within their City of London office.

Within this role you will be advising on the structuring, formation, and promotion of various types of investment funds including private equity funds, venture capital funds, infrastructure funds, credit funds, real estate funds, and other alternative investment vehicles. As well as assisting clients with the negotiation and drafting of fund documentation such as limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, investment management agreements and side letters.

Requirements

• You will be a 3-6 years PQE solicitor qualified in England & Wales.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
