The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction Associate to join this Silver Circle law firm in London.

The role will include;

• Negotiation of professional appointments, building contracts and related third party rights/collateral warranties on high projects.
• Advising on construction aspects of agreements for lease and development agreements.
• Due diligence on construction aspects of broader real estate transactions.
• Advising on construction aspects of real estate finance transactions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 1-4 years PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
