The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for an Employment Associate to join this Silver Circle Firm in London.

Within this role you will be advising a variety of clients (employers and employees) on both contentious and non-contentious employment law, including: discrimination; restrictive covenants; HR advisory; TUPE; unfair dismissal; redundancies; settlement agreements; data theft, the misappropriation of confidential information, the employment aspects of corporate transactions and other contractual issues.

The team often instruct on cases that raise the most important legal questions of the day, from diversity and gender pay, to employment status and the implications of the "gig" economy, to the interplay between data, transparency and privacy.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 3-7 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
