The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Debt Capital Markets Associate to join this top 25 law firm in London.

You will be working on a variety of DCM matters such as acting for bookrunners, investors, trustees and issuers across a wide range of public listed and privately placed DCM transactions.

While working closely with existing clients to maintain and develop relationships, acting as a trusted advisor capable of providing timely and quality advice whilst managing expectations.

You will also be working alongside their market-leading sector teams within the firm, including their top tier housing finance team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 1-2 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
