The Role:
This is a great opportunity for a Corporate Associate 1-2 years PQE to join this Top 30 International Law Firm.

You will manage a wide range of corporate matters, with a focus on venture capital transactions related to high growth tech and life sciences companies. The team itself advises clients at all different stages of a company's life-cycle, meaning you should be comfortable advising on early-stage company formation, and pre-seed financings.

Within the role you will be acting for a broad client base, ranging from entrepreneurs on their first venture and scientists spearheading innovating research ideas, to serial investors in the venture capital field. While doing this you will be helping to grow the global practice and making the most of the chance to develop the firm worldwide.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 1-2 years PQE in corporate law.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
