The Role:

The roll will include working on all forms of corporate tax with a particular emphasis on M&A transactions and the deal documentation underpinning those, as well as advising corporate and commercial clients on tax matters in a domestic and international context.

• A qualified solicitor with 4-6 years of PQE.
