The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Corporate Insurance Senior Associate to join this City of London Top 40 firm.

Within this role you will be working on;

• M&A
• Private equity investments
• Lloyd's syndicate financings and managing agency arrangements
• Renewal rights deals
• Part VII transfers
• Reinsurance transactions, including ADC, LPTs and RITCs

Some of the types of clients that you will be working with include; leading insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, brokers, capital providers, private equity funds, management teams, Insurtechs and trade bodies.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 5+ years PQE.
• Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
